A word from Bill Durant, Founder, President, General Contractor, and Designer

I started in the construction industry in the late 1970’s as a carpenter, building custom homes. I became well versed in concrete, framing, cabinet making and finish carpentry, as well as plumbing, and electrical. I have worked in the trades for 40 years and still remain very “hands on” at present. In the early 1980’s I began designing the projects we intended to build. I have since, designed and built hundreds of custom residences, speculative homes, multi-family dwellings, and light commercial projects. My working hands on in the field from an early age gave me the knowledge of all the components required in design and construction that we use today.

I am proud to say W.T. Durant Inc is a family- owned and operated business that employs a team of trustworthy and knowledgeable carpenters. We have also built many long standing and trusting relationships with subcontractors in efforts to serve our community and contribute to the beauty that is inherent to Southern California.
