Proudly Building The Coast We Call Home.
For more than 40 years, Durant Design & Construction has designed, built, and transformed homes throughout Long Beach and coastal Southern California.
What sets us apart is not simply the range of services we offer, but the way our team works together. Architects and designers collaborate directly with builders and craftspeople from the earliest ideas through the final details — bringing a practical understanding of construction to the design process and a deep respect for design to the way we build.
Designed by people who understand how things are built.
Built by people who care about the design.

Project Highlights:
Built on Craft. Sustained by Relationships.
Durant is a family-founded company, but the sense of family extends well beyond our name. Our architects, designers, superintendents, craftspeople, and office team share a genuine investment in the work we do and the people we do it for.
Construction is personal. We spend months — sometimes years — working closely with our clients, their families, and their homes. We believe those relationships deserve the same care and attention we bring to the work itself and many last long after the project is finished.
