Nestled along the canal, this partial renovation reflects our client’s desire for a modern, luxurious home that blends function, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Our team at Durant Design & Construction led the build process, ensuring every detail of the design was executed with precision and consistency.
Refreshing a few key areas of the home, including a full kitchen and primary bathroom renovation, we seamlessly integrated natural materials and refined finishes that evoke warmth and sophistication. The updated kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, honed stone surfaces, and high-end appliances that complement the home’s light-filled, coastal palette. In the primary suite, a serene freestanding tub and clean lines create a calming retreat.
To enhance both accessibility and lifestyle, we also installed a new elevator connecting all three levels and completely rebuilt the rooftop deck—now featuring glass railings and panoramic waterfront views. The result is a cohesive transformation that unites modern comfort, thoughtful craftsmanship, and architectural integrity across every level of the home.
