Set on a steep Orange County hillside, this project required precise construction and coordination to bring the architect’s vision to life. Our team executed extensive structural and finish upgrades throughout, including new steel framing, floor and roof reframing, and meticulous integration of modern building systems within the original Mid-Century shell.
Inside, custom walnut millwork, fluted paneling, and hand-laid brickwork showcase a high level of craftsmanship and finish alignment across multiple trades. Expansive new glazing systems and concealed structural reinforcements allow the dramatic roofline and canyon views to take center stage. From foundation to fine detailing, this project reflects our commitment to technical excellence, collaboration, and lasting quality.
