This Spanish Revival home was brought back to life through a thoughtful renovation that honored its original charm while introducing modern comfort and craftsmanship. Our team at Durant Design & Construction led both design and build, reimagining the kitchen as the heart of the home and enhancing the character throughout with subtle yet impactful updates.
The new kitchen combines custom wood cabinetry, handcrafted tile, and natural stone countertops—materials chosen for their warmth, texture, and timeless appeal. Every detail was designed to feel authentic to the home’s 1930s architecture while supporting contemporary living. Beyond the kitchen, we refinished all hardwood floors to restore their original glow and installed new windows that seamlessly match the historic profiles of the home’s façade, preserving its architectural integrity.
